Current Organizational Realities
In 2010, the OD Connection will offer program topics which follow these three common threads:
Climate Change in Organizations - How our current economic climate is impacting organizations, strategies to keep strategic focus even in troubled times, real-world cases or problem-solving clinic.
Leadership in Challenging Times – How leaders can respond to these challenging times of scarce resources, scarcity-thinking, short timeframes and abundant opportunity.
Continuous Learning and Engagement Real world examples of learning organizations, how OD supports these.
