About the Program:
As an organization's business model or leadership team changes, the need for OD practitioners to be viewed as business partners increases. Being connected and associated with the change, helps all employees understand how OD practices can help drive the desired change more effectively.
We'll use my entry into the OD role at the Sewer District as a case study and focus our discussion on how to make effective OD "connections" in our organizations and/or in our external professional practices.
